Security Deposit
A security deposit is not required at the time of rental. Instead, the payment method used at checkout will be held on file until the trailer is returned. Upon return, the trailer will be inspected and inventoried. Charges will only be applied if any damage or missing items are found.

We understand wear and tear and accidents happen but we ask that you treat our trailers better than your own and allow us to continue to provide others with the nicest trailers around. We at RRT understand that tires get nails, wood decks get gouged and paint gets minor scratches, that will not affect your deposit but leaving a ramp or jack on the side of the road, bending an axle from overloading or hitting a fender at the fuel island will.
If Damages exceed the 100.00 security deposit you will be notified before charging to the credit card on file, allowing you the option to report the damages to your insurance company, or use a different form of payment, whichever you may choose.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
There is NO CHARGE if the reservation is canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up window.
CANCELLATIONS made within 24 hours of the scheduled pick-up window are subject to a $25 fee per reserved day.
