Mobile service is billed at $2.25 per mile from our shop in Concord, NC.
Mobile service fees can be avoided by enrolling in our Annual Maintenance Plans, providing added value, priority scheduling, and predictable service costs.

Rocky River Trailers provides estimates in good faith; however, final costs will be confirmed with the customer prior to completing repairs whenever possible.
Payment Policy
For repairs requiring specialty or non-stock parts, a 50% deposit is required prior to ordering parts. The remaining balance is due upon completion of services. This policy allows us to secure the correct parts quickly and keep your repair on schedule. All deposits are non-refundable once parts have been ordered.
